    I sketch the design and send a quote. Tweak anything you like — nothing is made until you're happy.

  3. Pick up your order

    Your piece is made fresh, then picked up on the North Shore — at a time that suits you.

Frequently asked questions

Do you ship balloons outside Auckland?

No — this is a local-only studio. There is no shipping or mailing. Every piece is picked up from the North Shore in Auckland, New Zealand.

How far in advance should I enquire?

For most custom pieces, 5–7 days ahead is comfortable. For weekends and holidays, allow two weeks — every design is made to order in a small studio.

How much does a custom piece cost?

Every piece is designed from scratch, so pricing depends on size, balloons and detail. Share your budget in the enquiry form and the design will be built to it — you always get a quote before anything is made.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is on Auckland's North Shore, by arrangement once your design is confirmed.

Can you match my party theme and colours?

Yes — that's the point of made-to-order. Send your theme, colours or inspiration photos with the enquiry form and the design starts from there.
